Once you have placed your order it will be processed as soon as possible, our goal is to process all orders the next business day delivery, however this can vary during our busiest periods.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your order in the Republic of Ireland and North of Ireland
Delivery by An Post
A standard delivery charge of 7 euro applies to all deliveries in the Republic of Ireland up to 10kg and 9 euro for up to 10kg for the North of Ireland. Parcels of greater weight are priced individually on the website and available to view at checkout.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase we are more than happy to honour a full refund within 14 days of the sale. The product must be returned in a saleable condition, unused and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Prior to making a return you must send a return request by emailing info@deqimedical.com with your order number and reason for returning the product and our team will be happy to assist you.
Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been opened or used. In such a case the product may be returned to you and no monetary refund will be processed.

All products sold are subject to VAT, applied in accordance with current Irish legislation. A full VAT invoice is automatically issued for each order and will be sent to you via email once your purchase has been completed. The invoice will provide a clear breakdown of the net amount, VAT charged, and the total payable.
